What happens in the free consultation?
The free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure conversation to learn about your needs, answer your questions, and make sure Bloom is the right fit. There is no obligation to book a session afterward.
Do you verify my insurance before the first session?
Yes — always. We contact your insurance provider and confirm your exact coverage before your first appointment so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises.
Can I do telehealth if I am not in North Dallas?
Absolutely. We provide telehealth throughout Texas and Dr. Chris Babo holds PSYPACT authority to serve clients across 40+ states. If you are outside Texas, contact us and we will confirm availability in your state.
